Greetings and Welcome to my blog.  I am a librarian who loves books and would save everyone of them if I could.  But understanding the space/time continuum and living in a world with limits, letting go of books is a professional necessity.  I have decided to keep a living memory of those books that we must say goodbye to by reading and writing about them and their authors.  As a youth services librarian and avid book clubber, I will be reading books weeded for all ages, from children to adults.   I am always  on the hunt for an old but good book and like to spend my time after working with books, going to book sales, flea markets, and yard sales...looking for more books.  Join me as we start this adventure in Reading the Weeding!
